Steve has Managed Large Retail Businesses across the GCC over the past 14 years and previously in the UK. With his substantial experience in Franchising, both locally and internationally, he has launched many new Brands (F&B and Retail Concepts) in the Region. Now, with a focus on Unique, Exciting Brands not yet in the Region, Steve works closely with Franchisors and Investors/Franchisees to bring this to the market. Also, promoting local Brands to launch internationally.

Abdellah is a strong, highly motivated, experienced leader with an extensive background of 21 years in GCC and proven track record of strategic leadership within the Retail sector. Proven to build, lead and inspire teams to deliver transformative change alongside driving results and to exceed budgets and expectations. Experienced at leading both stand-alone businesses and working in larger organizations with multiple stakeholders and international franchisee partners. Areas of Expertise in particularly Customer Service, Merchandising & Visual display, Experience in people management such as Recruitment, Training and Development activities, Implementation of Employees’ Health and Safety.

Shereen has vast experience in the Gulf as a Senior Specialist Marketing Manager in digital performance for major brands across the MENA region., Building-integrated marketing strategies and applying contemporary marketing tactics & tools coupled with strong analytical and communication skills. Full Omni-Channel & Managing E-commerce websites. Designing digital solutions to drive business impact and customer engagement.
